It has a spring, but you do not know if the density is ok!

It looks good, it is made of quality materials, that spring is probably calibrated to the declared value, but I gave up using it and purchased another Tamper with 3 springs and a replacement spring at the value of 15lbs. I gave up because after using the leveler, the tamper did not move at all, it simply sat on the puk and that was it. The second one percusses when pressed vertically and confirms to me that the puk has the required density, it is also visible in the final result in the cup. I do not recommend it, that is my opinion.

Work well but cleaning is difficult

The tamper works and looks great. The one downside I would say is it seems to hold on to grounds fairly easy. Needs regular cleaning and getting grounds out of the area above the actual tamper can be difficult. You have to apply a lot of force to open it up while attempting to remove grounds was challenging. This may be normal for tampers like this though.
