Please note that this dosing funnel is not suitable for use while the portafilter is inserted into the built in grinder of machines such as the Breville Barista Express and other similar machines. This is because there is not enough space in the grinder holder when the dosing ring is placed on top of the portafilter, which prevents the portafilter from fitting properly.

However, the funnel can still be used normally when grinding with a standalone grinder or when dosing coffee separately outside of the machine.
